Tabs for Explorer…Vista PowerToy 
QT TabBar adds tabs to explorer and in Vista in can disable the full row select in details mode which can be annoying,
it also has a bunch of other features as well. Also click the plugins tab and make sure you locate and add the extra features,
they are in the zip file under a folder called ‘plugins’. To access the options right click a empty space on the tabbar and the dialog box will open.
