Change Icon Dialog Box 
I cannot begin to say how much I hate Windows dialog boxes:
What was Microsoft think when they created such small fixed size dialog boxes. Is it really that hard to create better dialog boxes then this.
Couldn’t the dialog box have:
1. Ability to set a default size.
2. Ability to set list, details, icons, thumbnails, etc
3. A better places bar, kinda like the ones that Office 2003 has.
4. Double Click the title bar would maximize the dialog box.
5. Resizeable not fixed.
